1. The opening hours last from 3:00 PM and end at 10:00 AM on the last day of the stay.
  2. Payment for the stay is non-refundable in case of an early departure. The local tax is not included in the room price and amounts to 2 PLN per day of stay.
  3. Pets are not allowed on the property.
  4. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited on the premises.
  5. Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  6. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, which includes damage or destruction of equipment and also its loss. Guests are not allowed to remove any equipment from the premises.
  7. In case of any damage caused during the stay, the guest is obliged to cover the repair costs. Parents are responsible for any damage caused by their children.
  8. Guests should immediately inform the owners of any caused damage or loss found on the property.
  9. It is mandatory for guests to store the keys properly. In case of loss, guests will be charged a fee of 100 PLN.
  10. The owners are not responsible for any damage to guests’ vehicles or valuable items left in the rooms.
  11. By agreeing to the rules, guests accept to use the property solely for residential purposes, and loud parties are not allowed on the premises.
  12. If the guest significantly disturbs the peace and well-being of the other neighbors and does not comply with commonly acceptable norms of social behavior, the property reserves the right to terminate the guest’s stay without refund.
  13. The use of TOFFEE HOUSE services constitutes acceptance of these rules.
